Each edition of the Master Class will focus on different elements of Taekwon-Do Training both as an Art and as a Sport.
You will learn about:
– a correct execution of the techniques,
– anatomical nuances impacting the technical efficiency and joints health,
– sport-specific preparation,
– realistic approach to self-defense,
– athletic mindset, and much more.

This Launching Seminar is the first in a series, and it aims to present the general concept and methodology of teaching used by Master Mariusz Steckiewicz. You can read more about Master Mariusz here.
Due to its introductory format, this seminar will be run for two days and split into four training sessions:
Saturday, 9 October:
Session 1: 10.30-12.00 – Black Belts (13+)
Session 2: 12.30-14.00 – Color Belts (13+) (Black Belts allowed to participate)
Sunday, 10 October:
Session 3: 11.00-12.15 – Kids (13-)
Session 4: 13.00-15.00 – Black Belts (3rd degree and above)
