WHAT I DO
My Personal Training clients range from newborn babies to 80-year-old grandmas. I educate parents on methods of physical activity for newborn children, help children with motoric development problems, and train youth and adolescent athletes. I provide rehab training for post-surgery patients, train general population clients, and coach sports and fitness enthusiasts of various interests and levels. I also do personalized training for World, European, and Asian Champions, National Teams, and professional athletes of multiple sports.

With more than 33 years of experience in training and coaching at the international level, it’s time for me to bring my personal training expertise also to the online world. To do so, I have developed a specialized personal training app to put fitness at your fingertips.

I only work with truly committed individuals. The highest priority in my work is health and long-term results based on the client’s needs and goals. I provide accessible, evidence-based methods and a holistic approach to my client’s development. There is no magic pill – no shortcuts – just plain hard work. Nor is there a miraculous diet or a secret program to help you achieve your goals. Whether you want to lose weight or stack up trophies, some methods are more effective than others. It’s that simple.

I have worked for most of my life to obtain an in-depth understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics as well as international standards in Personal Training.
Being a science enthusiast, I stay up-to-date with the latest evidence and apply confirmed knowledge in the training, so you don’t need to worry about it.

I specialize in truly functional training methods to produce athletic results according to my client’s goals. I believe, that no two people are the same, therefore everybody requires an individual approach and progress at their own pace.
