General Strength and Conditioning

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]This program is designed as a general-purpose sport performance enhancement practice – from beginners to collegiate athletes to multi-sport enthusiasts. The General Strength and Conditioning Program aims to provide a Strength and Conditioning preparation throughout the season or year-around training without very precise, mono-sport periodization.

It is a very general sport performance program comprised of consecutive endurance, hypertrophy, strength and power phases.

This program can be run either face-to-face or online. However, for successful execution of all the exercises, it requires a basic understanding of the athletic training and basic resistance exercises or supervision from a competent trainer.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
