How does it work?
[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Custom Designed Online Training is a Premium Online Coaching Package, which combines the freedom of your time and place with the expertise of a professional Personal Trainer. As a client, you sign up for the coaching based on your goals and current activity status. Understanding that any progress takes time we only provide a minimum of a 3-month coaching period, during which changes can be successfully implemented.
You will receive a link to an App that you will need to download and install on your mobile device or follow a website-based account. The system walks you through the workouts as well as the forms and training variables, like the number of repetitions, sets, load, and so on, for each session scheduled in your training calendar.
Your program will be designed and prepared by Coach Mariusz and customized according to the information you share during the initial virtual assessment or written form.
The system allows for direct communication with Coach Mariusz, whenever you need advice or have a need to communicate your feedback.
Each program includes video clips demonstrating exercises, descriptions as well set/reps/loads recommendations as well as the forms to log your actual workout report.
The program of 3-6 training sessions a week, progressively upgrades as you go through your training. Periodically, between every 4-6 weeks, your program phase will change to avoid plateau and produce optimum long-term results.
Each program is built according to the latest sports and fitness science and the most effective methods to produce visible results. As such, the Personalized Training program is always a healthy combination of mobility, hypertrophy, strength, metabolic conditioning, and power, if needed.
Each of these phases will occur at different stages of the program and with different frequencies, depending on the individual’s goals.
